Preparing for Your Appointment

To complete your notarization successfully, please have the following ready:
Valid Photo Identification
All signers must present a valid government-issued photo ID such as a drivers license, state ID, or passport.
Your Documents
Bring the documents that require notarization. Documents should be complete but unsigned prior to the appointment.
All Required Signers
Anyone whose signature requires notarization must be present during the appointment.
Witnesses (If required)
If your document requires witnesses, please ensure they are present with valid identification.

A notary will meet you at the scheduled location and appointment time to notarize your documents.
Documents are Notarized
Once the documents are signed and notarized, you will receive your completed paperwork.

All signers must present valid government-issued identification at the time of the appointment. The name on the identification must match the name on the document being notarized.
Acceptable forms of identification include:

Passport
Military Identification Card
The identification must be current or otherwise acceptable under Texas notary law.
